Wholesale Orders Policy

As a small business, we value other small businesses and would love to help their customer base grow alongside ours. If you are interested in becoming a Wholesale Customer, please read through this policy in it's entirety and then proceed to fill out our Customer Form.

Starting a Wholesale Order

If you would like to make a wholesale order with Eye of Newt, you must first fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form. We will review your information as soon as possible and will send you an email with our procedures overview and a draft contract form. We ask that you include as much information in this form as possible to prevent any delays in the ordering process.

 

Order Fulfillment Process

Once the contract is finalized, an invoice will be sent over with the full payment details including any shipping or packaging fees. Payment is due at the time of the order with the minimum amount due at the time of order being half of the total payment fees. The rest of the fees are due at the time of delivery (if local to Shreveport Bossier, please visit our Shipping Policy for delivery options) or of shipping label creation. We accept credit, debit, PayPal (for shipped orders), as well as certified checks (for local orders).

 

Ordering Soap Bars

Please know that our soap bars take 4 complete weeks to fully cure after we make them and therefore, our wholesale soap bar orders take at least 5 weeks to be delivered from the date of order. Depending on your location, we can try to deliver at the 4 weeks mark, but if you need them earlier please contact us at madebylaan@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

 

Wholesale Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

As a small business we understand that not every product appeals to every customer. Returns, Refunds or Product Exchanges due to products not selling may be initiated up to 60 days after delivery, *if the item is unused and in its original packaging (not opened). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at madebylaan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at madebylaan@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues with your Order

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
