Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification to your email when your order's packing slip has been printed. Orders are normally shipped out same day or following day of the packing slip being printed.
USPS has been experiencing delays in shipping times due to COVID-19 and as such, once shipped your order may take longer than normal processing times for USPS.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping for bulk orders under 70lbs within the continental United States. Options and fees are listed in the table below. Our flat rate options are available only for BULK orders (over 12 items) and are for the large USPS flat rate boxes. You must email us for a custom order to eyeofnewtllc@gmail.com, OR go through our Wholesale Inquiry Application to receive this option of shipping for your order* otherwise, you will receive your products in multiple boxes and may incur further shipping fees.

Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Shreveport/Bossier City, LA. For orders under $100, we charge $12.50 for local delivery. If you are unsure if you are within the Delivery Area, please send an email to eyeofnewtllc@gmail.com.
Deliveries are made from 9am - 2pm on most weekends. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Eye of Newt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order's packing slip has been created, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at eyeofnewtllc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look it up for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Eye of Newt uses USPS for all domestic shipping and therefore, shipping to P.O. Boxes within the United States or to A.P.O. boxes for Military overseas is available through our calculated shipping and our flat rate options.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, *if the item is unused and in its original packaging (not opened). We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eyeofnewtllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
